A little about Us In 1973 Jeanne and I started the Arctic Ice
Company on N. Mercer Ave. in Sharpsville and kept it in operation for 25
years. “Jay” Gaydek became the manager about 15 years ago and is
still with us today. In
1998 we sold the Ice Company and Formed Sharpsville Auto Sales.
We
have consolidated our former 10th and Ridge Avenue location with the North Mercer
Ave. location. The automobiles are now sold, along with the mechanical work and repairs are performed at the N. Mercer
location along with PA State Inspections. We
are still doing daily and weekly
Auto and Van rentals. Most
of the cars are priced between $2000 and $6000
dollars. Many cars range in
age from 1996 through 2004s. Almost all of these cars have been run through our shop and
have a new PA State Inspection and a Warranty on them. Many people ask about our flying commercials on TV. I am a Wing-walker on the Air-Show circuit. After 13 safe years “Always Steady Bob” Essell, (the pilot) and myself, “Hold on Jon”, are the only light airplane Wing-walkers in the world. We are well known in the United States as well as internationally, and can perform anywhere in the world.
